Buyer pays return postage unless the order is lost or damaged. Please contact me before returning an item. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances until I have received the item(s). Most of the pieces I sell are fragile and are carefully packed for shipping, they must be packed for return to the same standard. I will not refund an order if the item is broken due to inadequate packaging.

GENERAL:

Please ensure that the address you have provided is correct and complete. I cannot under any circumstances replace an item which has been lost as a result of an incorrect address being provided.

Orders are very well packed and breakages are very rare, but if this does happen I will need clear photographs of both the item and packaging before I can offer a replacement or refund.

Most orders are sent next working day but please allow 2 working days for dispatch, unless indicated otherwise on the listing. Orders are posted Monday to Friday, not weekends or public holidays. Orders received on Friday morning are often sent the same day but you may have to wait until Monday.

Couriers will not deliver to a P.O box, you will need to provide a street address when buying multiple items or requesting courier shipping.

I only charge what the postage costs and absorb the cost of packaging, any excess postage paid will be refunded.

DOMESTIC POSTAGE:

Orders under 2kg (for example an individual skull replica) will be sent by Royal Mail (1st or 2nd class, please choose at checkout).
Multiple purchases will usually be sent by courier (Parcelforce, UPS or DPD).

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:

If you buy a single item the default shipping is Royal Mail standard airmail which is not tracked. Tracked postage is available as an add-on at the checkout.
If you buy multiple items they will usually be sent by courier (DPD, UPS or Parcelforce) as the parcel will be too heavy to send by regular mail (which has a 2KG limit).
The cost of courier shipping to certain countries and remote areas can be very high (notably Iceland, Switzerland, Malta, parts of Norway, Parts of the US including Alaska), if you live in one of these places and buy two items they will be sent by regular mail in two packages.

Please allow up to 30 days for international delivery.
International postage times vary a lot and are out of my control, they will depend on the efficiency of your country's postal system, customs etc. It is very rare for a parcel to get lost in the post but things can get held up.
As a guide most European orders should take under 10 days to arrive, although they can take longer to reach Scandinavia and around 2 weeks to reach Greece and Cyprus. Customers in The Netherlands please note that although most orders do arrive quickly sometimes PostNL will sit on a parcel for a couple of weeks before delivering it.
Shipping times to the US vary from 1 to 3 weeks, with 2 weeks being typical, allow around 3 weeks to Australia (although things often arrive quicker than that).
If you require an item as a gift or for a photoshoot, birthday etc. I recommend that you buy it in plenty of time. If you need something in a hurry I can send it by courier but be aware this can be expensive for a single item.

Customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, I cannot mark an item as a gift or declare a lower value on the customs form/label.
