Order Still Processing

For buyers

Occasionally, orders can take a bit longer than normal to process. This processing state is only temporary.

When processed, both the buyer and seller will receive a separate confirmation email when the order is complete.

For sellers

Once complete, the funds for an order will appear in your payment account. You can view your payment account by going to Shop Manager > Finances > Payment account.

Please don't take any action on these orders until you receive the confirmation email that the order has processed, or you see the funds in your payment account.
