Buyer Not Responding to Conversations After Order

If a buyer isn't responding to your conversation, and you need info from them to complete the order, try emailing the buyer directly.

1.) Go to Shop Manager > Orders.

2.) Find the transaction and click the buyer's name toward the top left.

3.) Click Contact to open up a new conversation or click their email address to open a new email.

As an Etsy seller, you can wait for a response from your buyer or cancel the transaction and refund the payment. We don't have a timeline for how long you should wait to hear back.
