Issues with an In-Person Order

If you have a problem with an in-person purchase you made from a seller who's using the Sell on Etsy app, the first thing to do is contact the seller directly. You can then work together toward a resolution.

The seller's contact information can be found on the receipt you received after the transaction. There are also buttons on your receipt that you can click to send your seller a conversation or an email.

Cases and in-person purchases

Etsy's case system does not support purchases made in person. 

The case system is specifically for handling member issues with purchases that were never received, or arrived but are different than how they were described on Etsy.  

When buying in person, you can inspect and consider your purchase in real life, so Etsy's case system does not apply.
