Find Your Items on Etsy

While generally it only takes a few minutes for a new listing to become live on Etsy, it can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Perform a search

To find your own items the same way a shopper would, search for the words that you included in your listings’ titles and tags.

If you don't see your items at first, try searching more specifically with different and additional words in your titles and tags. Because there are so many items on Etsy, it can sometimes be necessary to get more specific with your searches.

By default, Search results will be sorted by how relevant listings are to the search words you entered as opposed to how recently the item was listed.

If you’d prefer to search for your items by listing date, change Relevancy to Most Recent at the top right of the results page.

Note: Only the first 250 pages of Search results will show up, but we know buyers are much more likely to just search more, rather than scroll through all those pages. If you don't see your items at first, try getting more specific. Think like a buyer would.

Look in categories

When you create a listing, the listing will appear in the category you selected during the listing process and in any other applicable categories displayed to you while adding or editing your listing.

You can navigate through the categories using the links at the top of the site or by running a search and sorting by the categories on the left.

Categories are sorted by relevancy by default. You can change Relevancy to Most Recent at the top right of the results page.

Run a search and then filter using the categories on the left.
