a case. On Etsy, the item's processing time (that is, how long it takes
for the seller to make or prepare your order before shipping it) and
shipping time dictate case eligibility.
There are two different types of cases that you can file on Etsy. A
Non-Delivery case may be opened when a buyer places an order and submits
payment, but does not receive the item. A Not as Described case may be
opened when the item received is significantly different from the item
described in a seller’s listing description and photos. Which type of
