Due to hygiene standards, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where a defect is confirmed. If a buyer chooses to proceed with a return despite this restriction, a 30% fee will be applied to cover recycling and craftsmanship work.

For all other products, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items sent back after this period will not be processed.

When the item is not faulty, the buyer covers the cost of return shipping, and the original delivery charge is non‑refundable.

Bespoke jewellery cannot be returned, except in cases where a defect is confirmed. We strongly advise checking your measurements carefully before placing an order to avoid sizing issues. If a customer still decides to request a refund or exchange for a customised piece, a 30% deduction will be applied to cover the labour involved in creating the item and the cost of reclaiming materials.

For international returns, please make sure the customs form clearly states “Return of Goods.” If this is not indicated, the parcel may incur import charges, and any such fees will be deducted from your refund.
