We ship all over the world from HONGKONG, CHINA, from every Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Our Partner Manufactory and Warehouse are local in Southen China, but all parcels will be post out from HongKong Airport.

For any orders from Taiwan, HongKong or China, we will choose SF or EMS express to post directly from our Warehourse in Southen China to avoid any delay, you will receive within 2-4 working days.

▶ Order below $35usd will post via Normal Airmail without tracking number
▶ Order over $35usd will post via Register Airmail with tracking number.

▶▶▶ Shipping Period
Regular shipping time is 10-25 business days.
Express shipping time is 3-8 business days.
Sometime will take a little longer for customs inspection.

▶▶▶ The shipping time of both the normal mail and register airmail are about 2~4 weeks arrival from the date of delivery. And if you do not receive the order after about 4 weeks, just feel free to contact us for help.

▶▶▶ Sometimes because of public holidays or busy seasons, it is normal phenomenon if the shipping information updates is delayed about 3~5 days. You can contact us anytime if you have any questions about the tracking.

Generaly we provide DHL, EMS, TNT shipping methods, and the delivery time will be about 7~10 days usually.

▶▶▶ OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Although we stock high level of inventory, we do run out of items time to time due to the high demands. Out of stock items are usually restocked within 1-4 weeks but sometimes it may take longer. It is possible that we discontinue carrying the item due to the prolonged delay in production, significant price increase, change in quality / material / color.
