If it gets returned to me I will contact you and offer a refund or to resend the order to you.
But until it arrives back with me I cannot offer a refund or replacement.
All larger items will automatically be send tracked from now on.

Some parcels have gone missing in the UK so I’ve added a tracked 24hr service for all of my items as an additional option.

I adore this mold so much. The design is just stunning. It is entirely unique, and produces beautiful pieces. If you're looking for an upgrade for selling handmade earrings, I really recommend this collection here. They're such a standout compared to other geometric shapes sold, and there's plenty of room to play about with colour combinations and even adding small flowers. The silicone has quality, and is so easy to demold for such an intricate piece. It is a little difficult to fill, which is expected and it is not a big issue at all. Just overall a fantastic mold, I cannot recommend it more
