About The Owner :
I am the mother of two wonderful and crazy hockey playing boys. While going through my recent divorce, I wanted to creatively distract myself and become more spiritually grounded. So I returned to jewelry design –my passion and the path not taken years ago in lieu of a better-paying job in advertising.
From the idea of a friend, I made my Mindfulness Bell. I mostly use mine as a reminder, at random points during the day, when I hear the bell ring, that I want to be less in my head, and more in touch with life. Also, during intense moments in my kids’ hockey games, I’ve been known to use them as sophisticated cow bells.
