Shipping Policy
Made just for you. Ready to ship in 3-7 business days.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days

In most cases, orders are sent back because of incomplete, incorrect or illegible address. In addition to be careful and double-check the digits when adding shipping address, you can use simple tools like the USPS ZIP code lookup (https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.action) to make sure that the city in the address matches your zip code.

Tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!


Return Policy
We don’t offer returns and exchanges. Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us by email with photos of wrong/damaged items within a week and we’ll sort that out for you.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know by email within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard.

Note that international (i.e. Non United States) shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by email with your order number.
