A woman always in search of the closest contact with nature, her movement and with what it provides and offers.
I was once a Nature’s photographer, I made environmental guides and I'm now a Circular Dances teacher. Then I felt deeply in love with wool and I’ve been working with it since 2003. I started making dolls (mainly Walldorf or Walldorf inspired), dwarfs and fairies in various techniques, I went through weaving, spinning and dyeing with pigments after making several courses and workshops. In recent years I have organized and taught several workshops in these areas for adults and children. I really enjoy sharing what I’ve learned and my experience with dyes and nature’s colors.
All my wool is carefully selected and hand-dyed by me. It’s a slow process and a laborious one but it brings me great happiness to see the result; beautiful colored wool to work with. I love Merino wool but I also love the Portuguese brands.
