Als Konditorin fand ich keine Jacke, die meinen Anforderungen wirklich gerecht wurde – etwas, das gut aussah, bequem war und auch bei langen Schichten und großer Hitze hielt. Also habe ich mir selbst eine genäht. Aus dieser kleinen Notlösung entwickelte sich eine große Idee: Kochkleidung sollte keine Kompromisse erfordern.
Heute hat sich unsere Marke der Revolutionierung der Kochbekleidung verschrieben – jedes Kleidungsstück ist Ausdruck von Stolz, Freude und herausragendem Design. Wir sind überzeugt, dass Köche und Kreative Kleidung verdienen, die die Kunstfertigkeit und Intensität ihres Handwerks widerspiegelt. As a working pastry chef, I couldn’t find a jacket that truly fit the demands of the job - something that looked sharp, felt comfortable, and performed through long shifts and high heat. So, I made my own. That small act of necessity became a big idea: culinary apparel shouldn’t make you compromise.
