HawkMade started from a simple problem. Needing custom parts that did not exist, were no longer available, or were far too expensive for what they were.

With a background in design and engineering, I began modelling and 3D printing my own solutions. Brackets, mounts, and functional parts for cars, workshops, and everyday use. What started as a personal project quickly turned into requests from friends, then from enthusiasts and makers who wanted the same level of care and finish.

Every item is designed, printed, and tested in house using modern Bambu Lab printers and quality materials such as PLA, PETG, and PETG-CF. The focus is on functional, well fitting parts rather than novelty prints. Parts that are made to be used, fitted, and relied on.

Alongside ready to buy products, I also offer custom 3D printing and modelling services. If you already have an STL, it can be printed. If you only have an idea or a rough sketch, I can help turn that into a finished, usable part.

HawkMade is about practical design, honest materials, and small batch manufacturing done properly. No mass production, no shortcuts, just well made parts at fair prices.
