Return and refunds
• Please contact us via Etsy's contact button or your order page, detailing the reason for the return.
• Returns will only be accepted if you received a wrong order, or the descriptions does not match the item you received.
• Please return the item in its original condition and packing, with no signs of usage or wear.
• Any loss in value due to use or damage is the responsibility of the buyer.
• if your order was a RUSH ORDER then the price is FINAL and can’t be returned.
(Items that are requested to be shipped out earlier than our processing time will be considered as RUSH order)
• Personalized and Custom orders can’t be returned.
Return shipping cost
• Buyer will provide return mailing label; however, if you are returning it due to our error, such as ordering a ring size 6 and receiving a size 8, or requesting a green stone and receiving a red, or the product is not exactly described we will cover all return shipping costs. However, if the item is as described in the description and you still wish to return it, the buyer will be responsible for shipping cost both ways and restoration charge which is 15%.
• Due to the fact that our items are handcrafted to each order, the original shipping cost will be deducted along with a 15% crafting fee. If an item is returned with wear or damage, it may be refused, and any value loss will be subtracted.
I want my order ASAP; how can I request that?
For both domestic and international customers, we are pleased to fulfill rush orders. Please purchase an expedite label and contact us so that we can learn more about your deadline. Orders placed in a rush order will not be refunded.

Do you make customize jewelry?
We enjoy customizing jewelry designs because we want to make sure you have the greatest possible fit.
We can add unique stones, custom settings, other metal kinds, and custom designs to any of our existing jewelry designs.
If you already know what customizations you'll need, simply choose place a custom order under the product and specify your needs. If you like, you can simply write us a message or click on the “customize your jewelry” button and we can discuss how we might personalize your item further.
Our favorite projects are custom projects, so if you have anything in mind that you've always wanted or even a photo of a piece of jewelry you've lost in the past that you'd like us to replicate, please email us so we can work together.
Are your diamonds and gemstones genuine or lab created?
All our items feature exquisite, genuine and natural diamonds and gemstones. We select and test only the finest genuine gemstones and diamonds available on the market before we use.
How do I track my order and make sure it’s not lost?
You will receive an email immediately right after your item has been shipped. The email will consist of tracking details so please keep in touch or contact with your country’s DHL express service or office to make sure your package is not lost and is on its way.
Can I order a longer necklace chain length than the provided option?
Yes, you can order a longer necklace chain length. But keep in mind with a longer chain length the price will increase due to the increase weight of gold depending on the gold k and chain length.
Our entire collection & categories of pendants & necklaces are made of shiny diamond-cut cable chains & available in any required chain length by customer. Usually, each chain is offered in 16" (15+1), 17" (16+1) & 18" (17+1) are adjustable to 1”, which is easy to use & adjustable. Custom-made chain length links can be ordered. Each chain end is using spring lock clasp closures. Chains end can be customized with lobster clasp, lobster claw clasp with additional costs.
Can I order a different chain type or gauge (thickness)?
Yes, we offer almost all the different types of chains, different chain gauges & widths. The most popular chains are cable chain, cable diamond cut chain, curb chain, diamond cut curb chain, box chain, diamond cut box chain, Spiga chain, rope chain, omega chain, link chain, ball beads chain &, etc.
Can I order a different ring size other than the provided options?
Yes, you can order a different ring size other than provided. For example, you can order 6.25 or 6.75 with quarter size difference instead of half size difference
