FAQ 1: How do I download my PDF files?
Etsy does not support digital downloads through their mobile app. To download your files, open your device's web browser (like Safari or Chrome) or use a laptop/desktop computer. Go to Etsy.com, log into your account, and head to You > Purchases and reviews. Find your order from Mini Maker Patterns and click "Download Files" right next to it.
FAQ 2: My pattern is printing out at the wrong size. What should I do?
When printing your PDF pattern from home, always make sure your printer settings are set to "Actual Size" or "100% Scale" (do not select "Fit to Page"). Every pattern includes a 1-inch or 5cm test square—please print the first page containing this square and measure it with a ruler before printing the entire document to ensure perfect garment sizing!
FAQ 3: Do you accept returns or exchanges on digital patterns?
Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital patterns. However, your complete satisfaction is our priority! If you run into any issues with a file, notice a pattern mistake, or need assistance with the sewing steps, please message us right away and we will gladly help you fix it.
