The person (Zabi) I connected with at onpointjscollection was incredibly helpful from my initial question, through the ordering and shipping processes... There was a snag in the final mailing, however it was bc one of the two shawls I ordered had a defect in it that Zabi caught when packaging -- this delayed the shipping. HOWEVER!!! I would definitely still purchase from this shop!!! Beautiful quality!!! Beautiful sewing -- beautiful colors and fabrics!!!... The two shawls I purchased are by far my favorites in my closet /I've also received many compliments both shawls -- I will be ordering more in the future... and I wouldn't hesitate to give a shawl from this shop to someone as a gift.
