1 de 5 estrellasSomos dueños de un estudio de diseño gráfico y un cliente envió esta obra de arte para una impresión DTF. Mi diseñador gráfico dijo que era inutilizable. Obras de arte de mala calidad.

I even offered a refund but you did not respond. others have bought this item and have loved it. it it is a very difficult frustrating file to work with. and again I’m sorry. but I can’t fix what you don’t allow me to. I am always willing to help in anyway I can:

since you’ve chooses to not put the reason. I messaged you to ask you how can I help. This was your reply "I will change the rating but my impression is that it was already cut and it was a shippable image. I was not aware it had to be cut." I find it grossly unfair you rated me poorly for a mistake you made. You have not changed it which is just disappointing. so everyone can now see I was rated poorly because it wasn't a shippable item. even though it's labeled as such Delete reply Message buyer
