The material is nice and overall the product matches what is shown on the page. Though a complaint I have is that the eyes are too close to the seams and so it looks kind of weird.

What materials do you use?

I use a carefully selected mix of materials to balance softness, durability, and a clean finish.

Common materials include:
Outer fabric: premium plush fabrics (minky / fleece / velboa or similar, depending on the design)
Details: embroidery thread, appliqué fabric, and reinforced stitching for high-wear areas
Stuffing: high-quality polyester fiberfill for a soft but supportive shape
Accessories (when applicable): fabric accents, small trims, or secured decorative elements

Important notes:
Handmade plush can show small variations in texture and shading due to fabric dye lots.
I do not use secondhand fabric for plush bodies unless explicitly stated in a listing.

Are your items truly handmade?

Yes. I design and handmake my plush dolls and creature friends in my Los Angeles studio.

My process typically includes:
Pattern planning and design layout
Cutting and fabric prep
Sewing, shaping, and reinforcement
Embroidery / face detailing
Stuffing and structure balancing
Final inspection, cleaning, and packaging

Because each piece is made by hand, your plush will be very close to the photos, but not “factory identical.” That handmade uniqueness is part of what you’re buying.

Are these plushies collectibles or toys?

Most of my plush creations are designed as collectible art plush / display plush.
They are great for:
shelf display, desk buddies, gifts, collector collections
gentle hugs and casual handling

Not recommended for:
rough play or heavy pulling
pets as chew toys (stitching can be damaged)
If you’re shopping specifically for a child, message me first. I can advise which designs are safest and whether I can adjust details (for example: embroidered-only features).

Are these plushies collectibles or toys?

Can I request a custom plush or personalized order?

Yes—custom orders are available when my schedule allows. I love working on original ideas, but I also want to be realistic about time and complexity.

Custom options may include:
color changes (body/eyes/outfit accents)
minor design tweaks (ears, horns, tail style, etc.)
plush inspired by your original character (OC)
personalization (name embroidery on a tag, short text when possible)

reference images (or a simple sketch is fine)
desired size
must-have details vs. optional details
your deadline (if any)

After reviewing, I’ll confirm: price range, timeline, and whether the request is feasible.

Can you guarantee delivery dates?

I can never guarantee exact delivery dates because carrier delays and customs holds are outside of my control.

What I can do:
ship within the processing time shown on the listing
recommend the best shipping option for your deadline
confirm whether your timeline is realistic before you order

Care instructions: how do I clean my plush?

To keep your plush in the best condition, I recommend gentle care.

Best practice:
Spot clean with a damp cloth + mild soap
Air dry fully
Brush plush fabric lightly to restore softness (optional)

Avoid:
high heat (dryer/iron)
harsh cleaners/bleach
long soaking (can affect structure and embroidered details)
If your plush has special materials or accessories, I’m happy to advise care for that specific piece.

Returns, exchanges, and order issues

Because many items are handmade (and sometimes customized), return/exchange rules can vary.

In general:
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I will work toward a fair solution.
For customized/personalized items, returns may be limited unless there is a quality issue.
Please contact me if:
you received the wrong item
there’s a defect or major issue
the package arrived damaged

My priority is to communicate clearly and help solve problems in a practical way.

What if my package is damaged or missing items?

If there is shipping damage, please message me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help quickly.

Please include:
clear photos of the item
photos of the shipping box (all sides)
photos of packing materials and labels (if possible)

This helps with carrier claims and speeds up resolution. If something seems missing, send a photo of everything you received and I’ll check your order details immediately.
