• If you received your ordered item(s) damaged or not matching your order, please contact us by email at hihi [!at] bittergrain.com within 7 days of purchase (shipping days are not included). Any late request would not be accepted under any circumstances.
• You can exchange your ordered item(s) ONCE ONLY if you are NOT happy with your order within 7 days of purchase (shipping days are not included).
• NO money refund is available.
• You can choose another item(s) (of the same or lower price) from the collection again ONCE we have received returned item(s) in good condition and with the original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs of exchange item(s).
• In case of dispute, Bittergrain will reserve the right of final decision.
