Digital file type(s): 4 PDF
A digital PDF sewing pattern by In Complete Stitches to make your own SUNrise pouch. This listing is for a digital product and not a finished item. English language instructions.
The SUNrise is a versatile pouch pattern. It comes in two heights, cropped and tall, with LOTS of options (13 basic variations). It has a simple modern aesthetic with a circular graphic forming a PiecedSUN, a Front Pocket SUNflap (securing an external pocket) or a Fold Over SUNflap. It can be made as a simple pouch but offers lots of playful options and of course SUNhackability! The main zipped closure uses a 25cm closed ended zip finished with neat zip end tabs. The tutorial walks you through each step needed to make all of the options, including an internal zipped welt pocket and internal SUNpatch pocket.
The cropped SUNrise has the following approximate finished dimensions: 13cm (5 inches) tall x 28cm (11 inches) wide at the top, 22cm (8 ½ inches) wide at the base and 6cm (1 ½ inches) deep at the base.
The tall SUNrise has the following approximate finished dimensions: 18cm (7 inches) tall x 28cm (11 inches) wide at the top, 22cm (8 ½ inches) wide at the base and 6cm (1 ½ inches) deep at the base.
The second in the SUNseries of patterns the SUNrise has been designed to sit neatly within a MidnightSUN bag.

At first I was a bit overwhelmed by all the choices (in a good way), but playing around with making combinations was definitely a fun start of the project. The instructions were incredibly clear, well done describing all the different options! Very happy with my first pouch, and will definitely sew more! Apex carry is also one still on my list :)
After sewing the great instructions for the Planetary Backpack, I am totally in love with the style and am very much looking forward to sewing more of incomplete stitches. The instructions were great to sew after. Very understandable. I love the clear crop list.
Love this pattern!! So many options to make these pouches. The instructions are detailed and clear, and the pattern pieces easy to figure out and use. I've made a heap of these already!
I love this pattern, clear and well written, cool drawings. And my favorite part we can make so many different bags styles. I can't wait to make more.
