This light peg board toy inspired insert for the SMALL Ikea Trofast bin was inspired by the original I grew up with in the 1980's. Back then my light peg toy was as big as a small TV! I remember spending so much time creating pictures and patterns and being fascinated with the pretty colored pegs that lit up. A recent purchase of a modern version of the Lite Brite was not as impressive and I was hoping to re-create a better experience for my son.

The light peg insert come fit both the LARGE OR SMALL Ikea Trofast bin and are made from laser cut acrylic. To clean lightly wipe with a damp cloth. These inserts are considered to be waterproof.

Lights to light up the pegs are NOT included with purchase price of this insert. We recommend Cadrim brand battery changing puck lights (set of 6) from Amazon but many brands and types would work well.
