We ship your orders all over the world, from France. Shipments are always tracked. If you’re ordering from the UK there might be additional costs and it might take slightly longer due to Brexit.

As we make your garments to order we need 3-5 days to get your item ready. Once dispatched, you can expect your order within the following timeframe:
• 3-7 business days – Ireland
• 3-7 business days - Europe
• 5-14 business days – Rest of the World

Note: in this period of the global health crisis, production and delivery times are likely to be longer than usual. Have confidence in us, we are doing our best! In the European Union the announced delay is from 3 to 10 working days. In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days. We appreciate your patience.

It means that our items are kind to the planet and will be with you for years to come. Fast fashion is harming the planet and our focus is to be the opposite, we make sure that our clothing is ethically made, is premium quality, and is durable which means it lasts a long time.

Your garment is printed to order with eco-friendly ink which means it’s reducing waste
We have decided to ban plastic from each and every shipment. We mainly use 2 types of packaging:
- Rigid envelopes made of recyclable cardboard
- Flexible envelopes made of 100% recycled and recyclable craft paper

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods within 21 days for a full refund provided the items returns are in the condition they were received in, i.e. not damaged, clean, and in perfect condition.
At Susty Wear we have a ‘reduced-waste policy’ which means we print all our items to order to avoid any unnecessary waste. We would like to encourage you to check our sizing/measurements guides to make sure you get the right size the first time around. This will help in the fight against unnecessary waste. Keep in mind the following when you want to return or exchange an item:
-Please include your order number
-All items must be in the condition they were received in (clean, not damaged, never worn, and never washed).
-Please make sure you include the invoice/packing slip with your items and their tag in a packaging of your choice.
- You will have to cover all shipping costs.
- When you have mailed the item back kindly email a copy of the receipt and tracking number to us
-You will receive store credit to place a new order for the correct size once we are notified of the receipt.
-We can only make refunds onto the original payment method used.
