I use standard postage for all orders, to keep postage costs low for my customers. Therefore it can take a bit of time to arrive depending on your location. I unfortunately can not guarantee an exact date of when your order will arrive.

As I use standard post to keep postage costs low for my customers, I do not offer any tracking infroamtion on orders.

For printing, you will receive one JPEG file that is scalable to 3 sizes depending on which frame size you have:

A5 - 5.8 x 8.3 inches
A4 - 8.3 x 11.7 inches
A3 - 11.7 x 16.5 inches

The file should not be printed in other measurements as it will likely stretch or distort the image.

As I run my shop from my small home studio, I only currently have the facilities to print the sizes that are mentioned in each listing.

Print sizes available:

- Paper size A5 - 148mm X 210mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches

- Paper size A4 - 210 x 297mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches

- Paper size A3 - 297 x 420mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches

Of course! I would love to add any message you would like to your order. At the time of purchase you will have the opportunity to add in any message you would like to include, which will be handwritten on a gift card.
