For domestic orders (USA only), in general it can take 3-7 business days to reach a U.S. destination for standard mail. If delays occur, it will be noted in tracking, and no further action can be done by us or USPS staff. Please contact us if you see delays in tracking, and we will try to help as best we can.

If you would like expedited shipping, please see our options at checkout, as we offer a few upgrades for faster shipping!

Please note that Express Mail is "guaranteed" to take 1-3 days by USPS, or they will refund a *portion* of your shipping money back. We are happy to file claims on behalf of customers. "Guarantees" may *not* apply during holidays - please check USPS.com before upgrading to Express.

For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on location and customs/inspections-related protocols. Please be aware that occasionally, it may take up to 12 weeks, which may be due to staff shortages, or customs/inspections-related delays that are entirely out of our control. We are also not responsible for duties or international tracking once out of our possession. International tracking may be limited depending on country. Please purchase shipping insurance for extra protection.

Please note that we ship to your listed Etsy address, and are not responsible for errors in addresses if the post office cannot deliver. If you notice your address is incorrect or incomplete, please message us immediately, and if the package is still in our possession, we can change it.

If packages are returned-to-sender due to address errors as noted in USPS tracking, the original postage fees will be deducted from refunds. If a refund is not preferred, we are able to reship with an additional shipping fee. We are only able to proceed when packages are returned to us and confirmed delivered via tracking. Please note that if a wrong address is provided, and the package is lost and not returned to us, we are unable to reimburse or resend.

All of our sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery confirmation. We assume no responsibility for the mishandling of our products after they've been delivered. Buyer agrees to these terms when purchasing from us.

Please give USPS a few extra days to either correct any mistakes that were made in the tracking system, or for them to catch up to packages that may have been prematurely marked "delivered." In most cases, these packages will show up within 4-10 days. 



At this time, we are unable to replace packages marked "delivered" in tracking, especially if possibly lost/stolen. For extra protection, please purchase shipping insurance (available at checkout) if mail theft or misplacement has occurred often in your area. Insurance covers losses/damages/theft, but not losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Insurance must be issued at the time of order/shipment. All our products are handmade-to-order, and shipped from our USA-based studio. We use only brand new materials and take a lot of care in testing finished products and packaging your items! * To prevent damage, avoid tugging or pulling
* Avoid direct contact with fragrances, lotions, and other chemicals

* Store in a clean, dry, and closed bag/box
* Use a dry polishing cloth when necessary

For plated jewelry to stay shiny and gorgeous for as long as possible, it is essential for it to stay dry. Avoid any and all contact with chemicals, water, or sweat.

Our stainless steel jewelry collection is water resistant, but following all the above standard care procedures will ensure your piece looks and stays new for a long time! ♥
