When I return an item do I get full refund?

For returned items that are brand new and resalable, we offer an 80% refund. This deduction helps cover the costs associated with the initial shipping, including bubble wraps, jewelry boxes, and other packaging materials. If the returned items are damaged and the damages were not caused by PWArtStudio (for instance, if the items arrived safely to the customer), we can only provide a 50% refund. We ask our customers to ensure that the items are handled with care during the return process to maintain their condition. If you have any further questions or concerns about our refund policy or the condition of returned items, please reach out to us. We are here to assist you and find a solution that works best for both parties.

What happens if my package is lost by USPS?

If your package is lost due to the fault of USPS, we understand the frustration and inconvenience this can cause. In such cases, we offer a refund of 80% of the original purchase price. While we sympathize with the situation and acknowledge USPS's responsibility for the lost package, we also incur costs for shipping and packaging the items. Therefore, the 20% deduction helps cover the expenses we incurred in sending out the package. While a refund is our standard resolution for lost packages, we understand that each situation is unique. If you have any alternative resolution in mind, please reach out to our customer support, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
