星 5 個のうち 1 個This dress was a complete rip-off. It looked nothing like advertised in the photos. The material was cheap, it was the quality of curtains. My dress looked like a cheap bubblegum pink curtain. I should not have had to pay nearly 1,000.00 $ for a dress this poorly made. I had to start from scratch and purchase an entirely different wedding dress, which was much better quality and was only 200$ more. Seller was not helpful. Etsy was also not helpful. I'll probably never shop on here again. This was stressful and disappointing just before my wedding

You ordered gown made of synthetic silk that looks similar to natural, but has different fabric properties. Your dress is documented and videotaped - one to one like on the described picture. Etsy customer relations asked you to provide with photographs where the dress has good lighting and shows imperfections. You did not do so, because, obviously, you ordered several different items and returned many, but our gown that is handmade on your custom order, you couldn’t return, and therefore, like a true Karen, you decided to vendicate with this unfair and untrue feedback, that, again, has a picture of some other dress and is not relevant to the high quality item that you received. https://youtube.com/shorts/EyjgJ82BqaY?si=cyRXtFtG0JZjNIWt

So disappointed with my purchase. The dress looked did not resemble the photo whatsoever. The material was definitely not silk and the lace was a cheap imitation of lace- it was itchy and quite honestly looked like a produce sack. To make the experience worse, they were unwilling to consider a return or to accommodate an unhappy customer or even offering a way to make it right. I lost $800 on this purchase that I could've used towards another dress- I write this only to hopefully prevent someone else from wasting their gown money on this purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about not only the dress but the designer! It was a pleasure working with Victoria and her customization for me were spot on! I wore the dress for my vow renewal and with cherish it forever!
