Great file. Worked well.

I downloaded the file after checkout but was directed to a website to actually retrieve it. There, I created the free account and still was unable to access the file. The website is wanting you to upgrade to a pro account which is $24 a month. I am not paying that to be able to access a file that I already paid for. I reached out to the seller and they never responded. Don't waste your money.

Left seller message and no response before leaving review. File had to be completely fixed. All settings were set at engraving and had to select all red lines to cut. The cut lines were off center as well. A lot of work for the cost of this file. Very disappointed!

Really hard to maneuver and having to adjust once on Lightburn.

This file is easy to make changes and new user friendly!

This svg file did not download right away, You'll have to open up some files and then it tells you in order to download the file even though you already paid for it You have to sign up with another account and set up a passwork just to get the download. If I would have known this I would not have purchased it. Now I'll be getting more emails from this company. Should be stated in BOLD you'll have to set up another account just to get the download.
