Custom and personalised orders
You can leave customisation details at checkout, in the "note to seller" area. Alternatively you can message us after having placed the order and we can add any information to your order.
If you want something different from the design that you see on the photos, you MUST communicate it beforehand with us, or leave clear instructions in the note area, otherwise your order may be cancelled or/and we cannot take responsibility for the design not matching your imagined design.
Promo codes
Any promo code must be used at the time of purchase.
Do you send proof or photo of my order?
We don’t send proofs for two reasons.
We pride ourselves on quality work at all times and we try to get orders out as soon as possible. Also, the design may look different on the computer from the finished product.
As a result, we do not offer to send photos or proofs of our work.
Please make sure you have clearly stated any custom requests to be happy with your order at all times.
Custom and personalised orders
Any custom order needs to be discussed and agreed on before placing the order. This is to see if the customisation is possible. We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not followed and will not take responsibility if your order differs to what you thought it would look like.
Care and washing instructions
T-shirts: Washing Instructions: Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors, remove immediately. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry medium, cool iron if needed, do not iron on decorated side.
Robes:
Hand wash, inside out, dry flat. Iron on lowest temperature inside out, do not iron on decorated side. Do not tumble dry.
Shipping info
Before you order, you can see the time we need to prepare your order (“ships in..”).
After you placed your order, you can check it again in your Orders.
Ie.,If the item is advised to ship in 1/2 weeks, it means we will ship it in 7-14 days. If the item is advised to ship in 2/3 weeks, it means it will ship in 14-21 days.
PLEASE NOTE that every shipping time is an ESTIMATE and we reserve the right to ship sooner or later than this timeframe.
“One day delivery”: dispatched around the same time, sent on a 24hr tracked postal service
SOUTH AFRICA:
Postage to South Africa cannot be tracked. By ordering you acknowledge that no tracking will be provided.
Images
Due to differences in monitors, colours of some products may appear different to those shown on the site. We try our best to photograph our products in natural light but this is not always possible. Every effort will always be made to show the closest shade of the actual product.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We have a no cancellation policy, due to the fact that we buy blanks immediately when a purchase is made. We cannot cancel orders for this reason, so please bare that in mind before you place your order.
We are happy to make changes to your order (if you want a different wording or colour of wording etc) but this must be agreed in a message and one of our team members must acknowledge that a note has been made to your order. Otherwise we do not accept any responsibility.
Returns and exchanges
Buyers are liable for return costs.
Please message us with any return/exchange request, do not send anything until it’s been confirmed that we will accept returns/exchanges.
In case of exchanges, we need to receive any goods back first, for understandable reasons. This is in line with EU/UK distant selling rules.
We don’t accept returns on personalised items, in line with EU/UK distant selling rules. Non personalised items can be returns once they haven’t been worn.
We reserve the right to handle any return/exchange request on a case to case basis.
In case of any damage you need to send photos within 24hours, so we can determine the cause and act accordingly.
Faulty goods are accepted for a refund within 30 days of purchase
