Custom and personalised orders
Can I place a custom or personalised order?
Absolutely — we love custom orders! You can choose your own design: a specific helmet, a specific car, or really any car you love. We'll turn it into our signature chibi style for your very own enamel pin.
For orders under 24 pcs, you can place a custom order directly through the custom option on our listing. For bulk orders of 24 pcs or more, feel free to message us first and we'll work something out.
And yes — every single design is hand-drawn by us. We don't use AI. Ever.
Sizing details
What size are the pins?
Helmet pins are 4 cm. Car pins vary between 4.5–5 cm depending on the car — older-generation cars tend to be slightly smaller, which actually makes sense given how compact those cars were in real life!
Care instructions
Our pins are hand-painted, which means they can scratch if they rub against rough surfaces. To keep yours looking its best, be mindful of where you wear or store it — avoid areas with a lot of friction. Treat it well and it'll stay sharp for a long time!
Wholesale availability
Do you offer wholesale or reseller options?
Yes! If you're interested in a bulk order or want to become a reseller in your city, we're very open to that. Send us a message and let's talk — we'd love to have BoxBoxNow pins in more places around the world.
How our design made
How are your designs made?
Every design starts with real F1 inspiration — helmets, cars, liveries — and gets reimagined in our own style: chibi, wobbly, hand-drawn, and 100% made by hand in Indonesia. No AI involved at any stage.
We also produce in small, limited batches, so what you're getting is genuinely rare and genuinely human-made. Not mass-produced, not AI-generated — just real craft.
Each pin also comes with its own special backing card, so it's packaged properly and feels like the collectible it actually is.
