Took me a bottle or two to get the hang of it, but once you figure it out it works great!

I've used other bottle cutters with little success and contemplated purchasing a saw to cut my bottles. I practiced using this bottle cutter on three bottles before I had perfect results. The instructions said to apply downward pressure while cutting and I put the cutter on the floor which gave me terrific leverage. I also purchased the heat tool and was very impressed with the ease of using it and how quickly I was able to separate the two bottle halves. I've already had near-perfect results with half a dozen bottles and look forward to using the Upcycle EZ-Cut Bottle Cutter!
