Praktiska guider baserade på verkligt terapiarbete
Practical guides grounded in real therapy work
I’m Jason, a licensed counselor with more than 13 years of clinical experience. I create each Collaborative Guide to help people understand something difficult, find better words, or take a practical next step. The pages are calm, readable, and made to work on screen or printed at home.
Most of the current collection grew from my work with couples. Many guides are shaped by Gottman-informed relationship work, especially communication, conflict, connection, trust, and repair.
The collection also goes beyond couples work. I create practical resources informed by Internal Family Systems, CBT, and other approaches I use in my work. Some guides are for couples, some are for individuals, and some are for clinicians who want a clear resource they can bring into a session.
These are educational digital resources, not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or advice tailored to your situation. Collaborative Guides is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Gottman Institute. Each listing includes the source and non-affiliation details that apply to that guide.
