Todo empezó con una búsqueda infructuosa. Pasé días buscando en internet el collar perfecto: algo que pudiera usar cómodamente las 24 horas del día, que fuera elegante y discreto. No encontré nada que se pareciera a lo que tenía en mente, así que decidí hacerlo yo misma.
Así nació el Cord Collar.
Cordón trenzado de cuero o goma, un sencillo candado y un ajuste tan cómodo que te olvidas de que lo llevas puesto, hasta que un pequeño tirón te lo recuerda.
Hice algunos para mis amigos. Les encantaron. Así que Dave y yo empezamos a hacerlos para todo el mundo.
Diez años después, CordLockDesigns se ha convertido en una colección completa: collares de cuero y goma, diseños inspirados en el orgullo LGBTQ+, pulseras, tobilleras, pines esmaltados y nuestra nueva línea de ropa LOCKED. Cada pieza sigue elaborándose a mano con el mismo cuidado que aquel primer collar.
No producimos en masa. No escatimamos en calidad. Cada pedido se elabora a mano, según tus especificaciones y con mucho cariño, porque así empezó todo y es la única manera que conocemos de hacerlo.

It started with a search that came up empty. I spent days scouring the internet for the perfect collar — something I could wear comfortably 24/7, that looked stylish and stayed discreet. I found nothing that matched the picture in my head, so I decided to make it myself.
That's how the Cord Collar was born.
Braided leather or rubber cord, a simple padlock, and a fit so comfortable you forget you're wearing it — until that little tug reminds you that you are.
I made a few for friends. They loved them. So Dave and I started making them for everyone.
Ten years later, CordLockDesigns has grown into a full collection: leather and rubber collars, pride styles, bracelets, anklets, enamel pins, and our newest line of LOCKED apparel. Every piece is still handcrafted with the same care as that very first collar.
