A detailed size chart is included in every listing. Please review it carefully and compare the measurements to a favorite item you already own before ordering. Since all items are made to order, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections made by the buyer.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact me right away. Once an order has shipped, I'm unable to change the delivery address.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Each item is made to order! Production usually takes 1–5 business days, followed by 1–7 business days for shipping. Processing times are also listed in each product listing. Please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, busy seasons, or holidays. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Can I receive my order by a specific date?
Please message me before ordering with the date you need it by. I'll be happy to check the estimated delivery time, but arrival isn't guaranteed. Rush production and express shipping aren't available.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all items are made to order, I don't accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there's an issue, please message me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item. I'll be happy to help make things right!
Are colors exactly as shown in the photos?
We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings.
Are your items handmade or printed to order?
I create all the designs for my shop, and each shirt or sweatshirt is made just for you after you place your order. I work with trusted production partners who handle the printing and shipping directly to you!
Care instructions
For best results, wash inside out with cold water and similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the design.
