These are lovely earrings and look just like the online photo! The backing came loose from the earring. I contacted the seller, and he replied immediately. He apologized and offered several options. I really like the earrings, so I chose to mail the, to the seller, at his expense, for repair. He did repair the, and sent them right back to me, at his expense. He concluded that he must have had a bad batch of adhesive. He thanked me for my patience and understanding. He was forth right, professional and courteous! I have purchased from his site, again, and would do so in the future!
