Parece que el vendedor no tiene ninguna estrategia para ayudarme, como devolverme el dinero o enviarme el patrón por correo electrónico. He comprado cientos de patrones en Etsy y nunca antes había tenido este problema. La educación no sustituye la atención al cliente. Incluso me envió otro patrón para comprar, que era de otro vendedor. Fue extraño y no estuvo bien.

I’m sorry for the confusion, but I want to clarify that I have already shared the pattern with you four different times. To be sure, I even tested it on my own mobile and it worked perfectly. You also provided your email address, and I sent the pattern there as well. I’ve done my best to support and deliver the file properly, and I’m still happy to guide you step by step if needed.
