We work very hard at designing & completing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We process orders orders Monday-Friday {excluding holidays} depending upon the season or shop announcement regarding processing times. Each listing displays a processing time for that item.

We only accept returns of items with errors made by us or with defects when contacted in advance and the product is returned to us within 7 business days following receipt and it is deemed to be received from a non-smoking home, completely new and unused condition (no stains, odors, pet hair etc).

To measure a pillow form lay it down and press the pillow firmly. Then measure with a ruler or measuring tape from the left edge to the right edge.
