Where can I find my template after purchasing it?
- First, log into Etsy through a web browser. Digital Downloads are currently unable to be downloaded through the Etsy app.
- Click on Your Account (Your Profile Picture)
- Go to Purchases
- Click on the order and select Download Files
- Etsy will also send an automatic e-mail containing digital download
Download and open the PDF on your device (you can use a phone, tablet, or laptop). The PDF will contain a link to edit your template in Canva and instructions.
