5 out of 5 starsBeautiful picture, almost like an abstract piece and with vibrant colors ! The yellow tones give a nice warm touch in my room. A wooden frame, as kindly suggested by the seller, is perfect for this piece. I highly recommend this product !

Are you a professional photographer ?
Yes and no. Actually, I do photography in my spare time but it's been a real passion for almost two decades!
Are you the author of all the photo prints you sell?
I took all my photos with my camera. It's a Nikon named Arthur.
Do you edit all the photographs listed on Etsy?
Yes, I do. I retouch every single photo that you see in my boutique.
Where do you print your photo?
I have my photos printed by a professional printing studio in Switzerland. It is important for me to work with a supplier from my country.
How long does it take to print and send my order?
Each photo is printed to order. I don't have any stock because I offer too many different formats. Once the order is placed, it takes between 2 and 5 working days for the photo to be printed and sent back to me.
Before packing your photo, I check that everything is perfect. If the print has a default, I order a new one.
Once the photo is packed, it takes between 1 and 2 working days to go to the post office. As I work 100% and do photography during my freetime, I take care of your orders when I get home in the evening.
Why do you need my phone number?
Your telephone number is needed when your printout is sent in case the delivery person calls you before delivery. It is only used for this purpose.
Your number will never be used for marketing or other purposes.
Are your art prints shipped flat or rolled in a tube?
All photos that are 30x20 cm and below are shipped flat. All other prints larger than 30x20 cm are rolled in a cardboard tube.
I saw a picture on instagram or on your portfolio but it's not on Etsy. Is it possible to get a print?
This is quite possible. I have too many photos to put them all on Etsy. With a few exceptions, they can all be printed. Write to me directly from www.jenniferesseiva.com and tell me which photo you want to print.
My print arrived damaged. What can I do about it?
This is a real shame. In the first instance, you should contact your local post office to request a refund. Unfortunately, once the photo has been sent, I am no longer responsible for the condition of the package on arrival.
