LSR Project Office is ontstaan vanuit een simpele frustratie: het hele proces rondom vastgoed – kopen, verkopen, renoveren – draait om spreadsheets, checklists en het constant nabellen van mensen voor updates, en de meeste beschikbare tools zijn ofwel te simpel om nuttig te zijn, ofwel te ingewikkeld om onder druk te gebruiken.

Elke toolkit hier is een werkende webapplicatie, geen statisch bestand. Het is gebouwd zoals we het zelf zouden willen gebruiken: het behandelt de daadwerkelijke stappen van het proces, berekent de cijfers die er echt toe doen (zegelrecht, netto-opbrengst, onvoorziene kosten) en zit je verder niet in de weg. Geen overbodige franje, geen nutteloze tabbladen.
