Hi, I'm Shakarah, Creator and Designer of Madeforme_nails.
As a qualified Nail Technician, I am passionate about beautiful nails, creative nail art, and expressing yourself through these tiny little canvasses!
I finally launched my business in May of 2020 (probably not the best time, but I had more free time so took advantage of it)
I am passionate about this Niche market because, as someone who over the years has been employed in places where you were not allowed any thing on your nails (no acrylic, no gels or gel polishes, not even clear nail polish!),
I still wanted to be able to express myself in both length, shape AND style, but wanted to be able to easily remove or change style too.
My nails are all made to the highest standard of strength and durability, while maintaining flexibility for ease of application, and I only use high salon-quality professional products (gel colours, Swarovski Crystals etc)
And, when properly applied, maintained, and carefully removed, these nails are completely reusable (many times if really well looked after!)
Each set of nails ordered come with a full prep and application kit (nail file, buffer, cuticle stick, prep wipes, glue and sticky tabs, and my own blended cuticle oil, plus instructions)

Sizing details
My nails sets come in different sizes: XS (extra small), S (small), M (medium), L (large)
Custom - if your measurements dont fit any of the preset sizes, select this option, and in the 'note to seller' list the width measurement of each nail (measurement tips on my Instagram highlights). Please be sure to check both hands, as each nail can be unique!
Full Set - If you are anxious about getting the right size, or dont want the hassle of measuring your nails, then select this option and you will receive a full set (20-24 nails depending on shape) of 2 of each nails (with a mixture of sizes on any accented nails) so that you can easily get the best fit. There is an extra charge for this option, due to the extra product, and time involved.
Care instructions
Each set of nails comes with application instructions. When nails are applied following these steps, then you will have the best success of wear. I am not responsible for any damage to your natural nails due to improper application, or removal of your nails. Take care of your natural nails while wearing press ons (with glue, daily cuticle oil use will help moisturise and slowly break down the adhesion, so that in time (1-3 weeks) nails should remove easily with some soaking in warm soapy water. Forceful removal of glued on nails before adhesion has properly loosened will result in damage!
Sticky tabs are short term wear (from 1-7 days depending on oiliness of natural nail, and your data to day activities) DO NOT USE CUTICLE OIL WITH TABS.
How to measure your nails

Apply clear tape to nail.
Mark both edges of WIDEST point of nail.
Stick tape to white paper, and measure distance between the two Mark's (in millimetres)
Dont forget to label the nail!
Compare your sizes to my sizing chart, and select your option (see sizing question above for options)
