Measured Row sells digital downloads only. This policy explains what personal information I receive when you buy from my shop and how I use it.

INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfill your order, Etsy shares your name, email address, order details, and any message you send me. I do not receive your payment card details. I never ask for more than I need.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I use it only to:
- deliver your files and support your order (needed to provide the service you bought)
- answer your questions and fix any problem with a file
- keep the records the law requires, such as tax records (legal obligation)
- protect against fraud and keep my shop running (legitimate interest)
I never use it for marketing emails or unsolicited messages, and I never sell it.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Your information is shared only with:
- Etsy, which runs the marketplace and handles payment (see Etsy's own privacy policy)
- service providers I use to run the shop, such as email, only as needed
- authorities, if the law requires it

DATA RETENTION
I keep order information for as long as I need it to support your purchase and to meet tax and accounting rules, generally up to 7 years. After that, I delete it.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
I am based in the United States, so your information is handled in the United States. Etsy and my email provider use standard legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for these transfers.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another place with similar laws, you can ask me to:
- show you the personal information I hold about you
- correct, restrict, or delete it
- stop using it for a particular purpose
- send you a copy of it
You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
