I create gifts with care and love. Everything I do its customized/personalized for the little ones up to elderly.

SHOP POLICIES:

All items are shipped by ANPOST. Most of the items are shipped Priority mail and will arrive anywhere from 1-2 days depending on how far away you are from my shop . Because each piece is crafted up with each order received shipping times vary from item to item. At check out you will receive an estimated shipping date, items are usually shipped out before or on that date. If item is taking longer than expected, I will contact the buyer by e-mail.

If package is sent back by the post office due to undelivered address, the buyer is then responsible for purchasing another shipping address.

Shipping price is made up of weight of each item, and the cost to cover all materials used to ship, along with insurance and tracking.

All pieces are packaged with special care to prevent no damage to the item. Piece are shipped in perfect condition, however I can not control how the shipping company handles the packages. If your item is damaged from shipment you have 48 hrs to contact me of said damages.

If package is sent back by the post office due to undelivered address, the buyer is then responsible for purchasing another shipping address.

If you would like your item fixed this item must be sent back to me with 30 days of when your item was delivered to you. If item is received after the 30 day time period, you can still have your item fixed for a repair charge.

If your item happens to get lost in the mail. Please contact me that your item was not received. I will contact my local post office to check what the issue may be. If the post office cant not locate your item, there is a wait 21 wait after the item was shipped to contact the insurance company. A full refund will be given after all insurance paper work is filled out by buyer and Christine's Creative Crafts.

Most pieces are shipped in a brown box and packaged with bubble wrap. Please open with care.

REFUND:

Refunds will be made on a case by case bases, please read the following information below.

1. If production has not yet started on your item, a full refund will be given. If your item is already in production then no refund will be given.

2. All customer requested items (such as items that were not in my shop and I specialty made for the buyer at their request) Will not receive a refund due to the fact my shop my not be able to sell it. (if item has not been made referrer to number 1)

3. After item is delivered, nothing is wrong it with, meets all the listing descriptions but you feel you just don't want it anymore. There will be no refund. Please understand all my items are made at the time when orders come in, so materials aren't wasted. Almost 99.9% of my items are custom made so there is no guarantee I will be able to sell that exact one again.

4a. Please understand do the nature of my items I sell, each listing contains a lot of information. If the buyer doesn't read all said information on the piece they purchased Atelier da Meire will not be held responsible. No refund will be granted on any issues that are 100% listed in the listing description or additional information page.

5b. Please note most of all my pieces I sell have a lot of details that need to be message me to. If the buyer does not give the needed information on the item that was purchase, I will send multiple e-mails to obtain said information. If the buyer does not get back to to me by the time the items needs to be made or shipped, item will be completed as order was received or order will be canceled due to lack of information. No refunds will be given unless order is canceled.

6. Atelier da Meire is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after tracking shows the buyers order has been successfully delivered to the buyers residency. No refund will be issued. If this is to happen you must contact your local post office to address said issue. (If order was sent to wrong address please see shipping policy)

Night Light Pieces: I do have a 30 day warranty on night light units (this does not included light bulbs). Even though each night light is tested and in working order before it ships to you, I can't guarantee how long they will work. This warranty covers the unit starting the date your item was delivered. If your unit for some reason stops working in that 30 day period please contact me. The non working unit must be shipped back and checked for working condition. When unit is verified to be in non working condition a new unit (with bulb) will be shipped out to you and all shipping will be covered to and from.
