Do I need a paid Canva account?
No! All of my templates work with a free Canva account. Please note, if you choose to add extra fonts, elements, or graphics that are marked as “Pro” in Canva, you will need Canva Pro or pay a small fee to use those items.
When will I receive my purchase?
Instantly after your payment is confirmed! Etsy automatically processes your order and makes the files available for immediate download - no waiting. Please note: digital files can only be downloaded through a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer (not through the Etsy app).
Where can I find my files to download?
After purchase, you can access your files in two ways:
*From your Etsy account: Go to Account > Purchases and Reviews > Find your order > Download Files.
*From your email: A download link will also be sent to the email address connected to your Etsy account.
Important: We recommend not using Apple ID at checkout, as Apple may hide your email address and block Etsy’s download email.
Can I edit all of the details?
Yes! You can personalize the name, age, date, time, address, fonts, colors, and layout in Canva to match your party theme.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a digital product, refunds and cancellations are not possible once files are downloaded. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please message me through Etsy - I’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
How can I share my invitation?
After editing, you can download your file as a JPG/PNG (for sharing via text or email) or as a PDF (for printing at home or with a professional service).
