Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I'm sure you'll be delighted with your new purchase, but if for any reason you're not just let me know if you're not happy within 7 days of receipt and I will offer you a replacement or refund. Please note that for hygiene purposes I cannot accept returns for any earrings. If you're uncertain or need more information please, I encourage you to get in touch with me!
Payment
I accept PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. I also accept bank transfers, please note that I will ship your item when the funds clear which could take from a few days to a few weeks depending on where you're paying me from. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions in this regard.

Shipping
Your fab new piece of jewellery will make it's way from my studio at home to your home in wrapped up and in a beautiful reusable eco-friendly clamshell package. If you'd like to give your selection as a gift, just let me know and I can arrange to send it to the lucky person with a handwritten message on your behalf.
I ship, mail and post Monday through Friday. It may take me a day or two to process your order and if you order during the weekend I'll ship to you on Monday (except on public or bank holidays).
If you need express or registered shipping or insurance please let me know and I will send you a custom order to facilitate this.
If your item gets lost, I'm afraid I'm unlikely to be able to find it (and refunds are not available if this happens). If you're a little worried about this I recommend you contact me for details on registering the package and maybe insurance too. It can take 1-3 business days to receive your goods if you are based in Ireland or the UK, 2-5 business if you're in mainland Europe and 4-16+ business days if you're anywhere else in the world.

Please remember that a lot of the pieces in my collection are one-off and unique as they may be from the earth so it's possible that they might vary slightly in shape, colour and size from the photos. Check back regularly for new designs.
