La qualità è estremamente importante per me. Poiché la maggior parte dei prodotti acquistati su Etsy sono regali, odierei per qualsiasi cosa io faccia per rovinare un giorno speciale non rispettando il marchio. Per assicurarmi che ciò non accada mai, testo personalmente ogni nuovo prodotto utilizzandolo per un certo numero di settimane prima ancora di aggiungerlo al negozio. Working from my cozy workshop on the west of Scotland I design and craft every product listed in store. Every product is hand made so that its creation captures the memory that inspired the purchase. As this operation is a one man band I personally address every message from design to dispatch and beyond. This way you can be sure that any message is responded to with the utmost care and attention.
Quality is extremely important to me. As most products bought on Etsy are gifts I would hate for anything I make to ruin a special day by not meeting the mark. To ensure this never happens I personally test every new product by using it for a number of weeks before even adding it to the store. This process allows me to hone in on the final design while ensuring the product is rugged enough to survive real world use.
Supporting the store actively contributes helping transform a hobby into a full time business, and for that I am eternally grateful.
