After your order is placed, you’ll receive a message with a secure link where you can upload your photo, audio, and (if applicable) video files. It’s quick and easy—just follow the instructions!
2. What formats do you accept?
We accept most common formats:
Photos: JPG, PNG
Audio: MP3, M4A, WAV
Video (for SoundFrame Pro): MP4, MOV
If you’re unsure, just message us—we’re happy to help.
3. How does the QR code work?
Each SoundFrame comes with a custom QR code discreetly placed in the design. When scanned with a phone, it instantly plays your voice or video message—no app needed.
4. Can I preview what it will look like before it’s made?
Yes! We’ll send a digital preview before production begins. You’ll have a chance to request changes or approve the final design.
5. How long does it take to make and ship?rsonalized orders
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after we receive your files. Need it faster? Message us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
6. What if I need to make changes after ordering?
If we haven’t started production yet, we’re happy to update your message, photo, or design. Just contact us as soon as possible.
7. Do the QR codes expire?
Nope! As long as your frame is hanging, your memory is safe. Your QR code links are hosted long-term, so you can revisit them anytime.
