We only accept returns for manufacturing defects.
If your item has a production issue, please avoid washing it and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the problem.Refunds or replacements are available for defective or incorrect products reported within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after that time cannot be processed.

If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us so we can help.If tracking shows it as “delivered,” please check with your local postal service.
