Many of our other items can't be found from anyone else, such as our Double-Sided Butterflies, Curled Fall Leaves, 3D Christmas Trees, Drink Topper Stocking Stuffers and Hot Chocolate Gift Tags. We have lots of pre-printed edible wafer paper and frosting sheet designs, and we're adding more all the time. If you don't see what you're looking for, let us know and we can make a custom design for you. Bulk orders are welcome.
All of our images are clear, vibrant, high-quality prints. They are available in cut and uncut formats. Uncut means they arrive to you in a solid, uncut sheet to cut out yourself. Cut means they arrive to you with the images already cut and ready to use. All of our cut items are precision cut by machine with no trimming required! Our products are used everywhere from local and national bakeries to 3-Star Michelin restaurants.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you have placed a custom order, please make sure you are available to answer any questions via Etsy message. A delay in your response or failure to respond may result in a delayed or canceled order. If we do not receive your image(s) within two days of your order being placed, your order will be cancelled. If we do not receive your font details within two days of your order being placed, we will choose a font for you.
Your image(s) can be sent via Etsy message or email to sweetsandstuffnapa [!at] gmail.com.
PRODUCTION TIME
Most of our items are made to order. Occasionally there will be pre-made, ready to ship items available and will be clearly marked as such. Our made to order items are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Because of this, some items take a bit longer in production but are well worth the wait. If you need your order by a specific date, please note that date on your order. Current processing times are as follows:

DIGITAL PROOFS
Digital proofs are available upon request when adding the item to your cart. Once your order has been placed you will receive a digital proof to your billing email within 2 business days. Once the final proof has been approved, your order will ship within 3 business days. Orders of 10 sets or more may take longer in production. Each order may receive up to two digital proofs per image. Three or more proofs will incur an additional fee.
Digital proofs may increase production time if revisions need to be made or if approval is delayed.
Once your proof is sent, you have two business days to respond. If there is no response, we will move forward with your order.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order is processed, it will be carefully packed and shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the package has shipped. Transit times below are an estimation provided directly by the carrier and may vary depending on holidays, weather or unexpected carrier delays. We are not responsible for your order once it is shipped and in the hands of the carrier. Each order is insured for up to $100.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are excepted within 12 hours of purchase with no fee. If you request a cancellation outside of that timeframe, fees will apply.
Custom orders are not eligible for cancellations once the payment has been made.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and photos showing the problem in detail. If it our error, we will either correct and resend the item or refund the purchase price.
If an order arrives damaged and you wish to receive a refund, I will need a photo of the item before it is removed from the packaging, clearly showing the damage. Please review our shipping policies or contact me if you have any questions.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to customize, if at all possible, any of our products to make your special event a success. Additional costs may be added depending on the degree of difficulty in creating your item. Please note that when you ask for a custom order, you must be available to answer any questions we may have regarding colors, sizes, or any other information we may need from you. In most cases, there will not be any shipping delay for custom orders, but plan on an additional 2-3 days for us to make your item, just to be safe.
Wafer Paper or Frosting Sheets?
Wafer paper is best for desserts where the decoration can easily be removed before eating. While it is completely edible, wafer paper can be a bit papery in the mouth. It is slightly transparent, so should be used on items with a white background. Wafer paper can be propped or stood up on desserts and make amazing drink toppers.
Frosting sheets are soft and slightly sweet and are barely noticeable when eaten with the dessert. These are best used where it is difficult to remove the decoration before eating, or the background color is not white. Frosting sheets are ideal for cookies and cakes.
Rush Orders
We are happy to do rush orders if time permits and it does not push any of our current orders behind schedule. We may add an additional charge for this service. Please keep in mind that you must allow for shipping time, so asking for an item on Friday that you need on Monday is just not going to be possible. While we can accomplish amazing feats, unfortunately the postal service does not run according to our schedule.

What's the difference between cut and uncut?
It's just like it sounds! Cut or precut orders arrive to you already cut out and ready to use. Uncut orders arrive in a solid, uncut sheet for you to cut out yourself.
How do I send you my photo for a custom order?
You can send your images directly through Etsy's message system or via email to sweetsandstuffnapa@gmail.com. Please note that if you choose to send your images through Etsy, you can attach up to three images per message. In some cases, multiple messages will be required.
What is the shelf life of my edible image?
As long as they are kept sealed in their original bag in a cool, dark, dry place (not the refrigerator) they will last around six months.
