After waiting for my delivery date, its been another week so far and i do not have my purchased item. I was told its in the U. S. Somewhere.

I have encountered an added problem, when buying at the same time in another store in Canada, Customs want to charge me VAT and Tariffs also for the product of Occulta Store (Ireland), which although they came in different orders I paid it on the same Etsy invoice, so when I see the invoice they charge me for the two shipments. Ireland belongs to the European Union and my product has already supported VAT and is exempt from tariffs. Can you help me?
